    Sales Coordinator


    The Sales Coordinator will support the Account Manager with the specific goal of maintaining profitable, sustainable growth. He/she will be responsible for managing existing book of business after the acquisition stage (award) through product launch. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of existing business, such as: customer portals maintenance, surveys, Engineering changes and all the information related with the account management. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with product Cross Functional Teams to ensure profitable implementation of engineering changes, on time collection of customer tooling payments and flawless launch. This position reports to the Business Unit Director.


    • Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and execute commercial objectives and measurables in alignment with corporate goals and objectives
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management
    • Strong analytical capability to support the development of a customer specific strategy and to enable effective interaction with customer and internal team in areas of cost development and technical selling
    • Ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels and departments
    • Self motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong desire to win
    • Highly organized, systematic approach to work
    • Professional and high integrity presence





    • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, finance or marketing
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
    • Demonstrated technical competence


    • Account Coordination
    • Implement pricing updates for customer programs (after programs award)
    • Interact with management team and manufacturing operations on cost and pricing issues
    • Communicate effectively with manufacturing facilities to resolve open issues relating to normal business activities
    • Create and follow internal ECN RFQs to update quotes to latest change level

    Customer Support

    • Manage Customer Portal Activities
    • Submit customer “tooling comp request” with SRG Global Program Management support
    • Manage customer prototype orders
    • Update cost breakdowns to latest engineering change level
    • Enter price breakdowns in Ford system 

    Manage Service Business

    • Submit packaging costs for service products on customer portal
    • Work with Ford service buyer on quotes – Mass Production and Post MP
