    Liaison Engineer (Quality / Logistics / Launches)


    SRG Global is in an exciting phase of launches of many parts for several model of BMW in Germany. Our business and relationship with BMW is growing and we need to give our customer the best support to get successful launches and also give an excellent support for mass production.


    BMW is a strategic Customer for SRG Global and the Customer satisfaction is key for long term development. The new position will need to establish a high relationship with SRG Global plant and BMW plants, using all the tool of the communication to succeed and minimize the cost of quality and complaints. 


    • Be the first point of contact of customer and will be responsible to anticipate the needs of Customer
    • Establish containment action when needed
    • Reporting to SRG Global and BMW actions and improvement implemented.
    • Knowledge / Experience in customer quality
    • Ability to negotiate and deal with the customer and customers requirement.
    • Support launch and development for PPAP process



    - High level of German

    - Experience with BMW Standard and requirements

    - High level of communication skill

    - Position in Munich, Germany
